My experience at this IHOP wasn't too bad! I came for Sunday brunch so I expected a long wait since other locations would have tons of parties waiting for a table but it only took about 10 minutes to be seated. There's a parking lot beside the restaurant and even with parking, I only waited about 5 minutes. There are lots of servers but service was kind of slow. It was hard to get their attention which was expected since it was busy but they were very nice!

I love IHOP for their pancakes and I always have to get something that would let me have a side of pancakes so I opted for the country fried steak which came with 2 eggs and hash browns along with 2 pancakes. The country fried steak was delicious! It was so tender and juicy on the inside and fried perfectly on the outside. I like that they gave the gravy on the side so it kept the steak crispy! The hash browns are another favorite side and it had a great crispy outer layer. The pancakes are always so soft, fluffy and delicious!

I also like their new line of burgers so I got the jalapeño kick burger which was actually really good! It was juicy and had a great crunch from the crispy bacon and tomatoes. The slight kick of heat from the jalapeños also added a great flavor contrast. Plus, I added one of my eggs in it and it just made it even better! The fries were pretty mediocre. They don't give a lot of them and they weren't too crispy either. There's the option of having fries or hash browns so I recommend choosing hash browns instead. Too bad pancakes aren't a side for burgers.

IHOP is definitely one of the most classic breakfast/brunch spots for me but they also serve other entrees as well, which often come with a side of pancakes too. My experience at this one in particular was pretty decent so I'd definitely come back!

Going to IHOP on the weekend is always a task because you can always expect a crowd, especially in the morning. This was the second IHOP we tried because we were really craving for it and lucky for us this location didn't have a wait. It was busy though so we did have to pack our patience for service.
It was well worth it because everything was cooked the way we wanted and of course filled all our breakfast cravings. We ordered the breakfast sampler and big 3, which are two good choices if you want to pack the protein while getting a good carb load from the hash brown and pancakes. This was the perfect meal for a day of running errands and hunting for Pokémon.
Nevertheless the location is nice with ample parking and it was pretty clean compared to other IHOPs we've had not so pleasant experiences with in the past. Although this location is a little drive from us, we will consider returning to shy away from the long wait by the one closest to us.

I keep coming back because I can not get enough of the mozzarella sticks. They are picture perfect from start to finish , I would brush my teeth with them

The cheesy potato soup was delicious! I ordered the make-your-own-omelette for $12 with bacon and mushroom. Barely gave me any bacon but that's understandable since the price is relatively inexpensive. Pretty yummy food and good service. My only complaint is that the wait time was a bit long, around 20-25 minutes for two orders, even though the restaurant was barely occupied. I was also denied a coupon for free pancakes. Showed the manager the PDF on my phone but apparently I needed a paper copy?

Tried burgers for the first time. Worst burgers ever! Overcooked, tasteless. The waiter did not even bother to ask how l wanted it to be cooked. Just stick to pancakes.
